This paper presents results from a qualitative research that has aimed to analyze good
practice inclusive policies that address the diversity that occurs in Primary Education and
Compensatory Education schools in Andalusia. Thus, we have conducted an in depth,
descriptive and interpretive study in different categories, concluding that collaboration is a key factor in dealing with diversity being the educational leadership the engine that helps develop inclusive practices.
