Tools to improve educational organizations and the relation with their surroundings.

Improving the link between educational organisations and its environment is an extremely important factor for the social and educational development of communities in which they are located. Actually, promote and strengthen the relationship between educational organizations and its context is an exercise of responsibility that must be realized through actions and strategies for assisting the development of learning organizations and promote an active participation of the context to achieve their goals.
This paper presents some proposals, such as networking, environment educational plans, collaboration among schools, municipality and families, strategic planning and service letters, for improving the relationship between educational organisations and its environment. Despite the specific characteristics of each strategy, it is important to point out that all of them are related to integration, contextualisation, transferability, transversality, citizenship, participation, equity and resource leveling approaches.
