The aim of this paper is to promote reflection from Educational Psychology on the response to the specific educational needs of students with dual diagnosis of being highly gifted and with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder to understand better their individuality in the context of teaching - learning, respectful of their educational needs. So, after providing a definition of giftedness and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, it continues with the analysis of the case of a student who presents the complexity of both diagnoses, concluding with some psycho-educational and pedagogical reflections.
