The following contribution analyzes the conceptions of the agents of the educational community and its practices around organizational ethics in schools. It includes results of seven in-depth interviews with different agents of the educational community in the province of Barcelona to explore what they think, how to characterize and develop organizational ethics; document analysis to learn what is known about the object of study and a review of six good practices in education and business, health and social services in order to identify tools to promote organizational ethics in different institutions. The results define a theoretical concept on organizational ethics, analyze the opinion of agents of the educational community and expert knowledge and provide information on different experiences, practices, organizational strategies that schools develop to promote organizational ethics.Downloads
