Movilización y enriquecimiento de componentes del Conocimiento Didáctico del Contenido a partir de una experiencia de formación continua para docentes universitarios de Biología

Este estudio cualitativo, con diseño de casos múltiples, analizó el aporte de un curso de formación docente (CFD) al desarrollo del Conocimiento Didáctico del Contenido personal (CDCp) de cuatro docentes universitarios de Biología. El objetivo fue describir y comparar los componentes del CDCp antes y después de la formación, e identificar la complejidad de sus vinculaciones. La información se recolectó mediante el instrumento Representación del Contenido, aplicado antes y después del CFD, y se analizó mediante análisis de contenido con categorías deductivas del modelo pentagonal del CDC y categorías emergentes. Los resultados mostraron movilizaciones y enriquecimientos heterogéneos del CDCp en cada docente, con un patrón común de desarrollo del componente orientaciones para la enseñanza de las ciencias y uno más limitado para evaluación. El estudio aporta evidencia empírica sobre el potencial de la formación continua, especialmente para docentes universitarios que no cuentan con formación para la enseñanza.
